Advising real estate developers on various real estate financing options, various options on property development structuring, legal framework and management practices and generally advising clients on various matters relating to Real Property.
Banking and Financial Services
Drafting and finalizing Bank securities including Debentures, Charges, Chattels Mortgages, Guarantee and Indemnity and asset finance agreements. We also procure execution and registration thereof. Drafting and finalizing of the Discharge of Charge of the same. We also render opinions to clients on various matters in the area of securities, banking law and practice.
Succession: Probate & Administration
Drafting of wills, petitioning for grant of Probate or Letters of Administration of estates. Applying for summons for confirmation of Grants of Probate or Letters of Administration. Formation and running of trusts. We render opinions to clients on various matters relating to the law of succession and estate planning.
