Joyce is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) from Kenyatta University and a holder of a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law (KSL). She was admitted to the Bar in the year 2025. 

Joyce is an Associate Advocate in the Firm specializing in litigation and dispute resolution matters in the fields of commercial, family, environment, land and employment laws.
